any documentation of medical history on your child, meaning you have her medical records and health history knowledge...any real parent would have that info, likely he doesnt.
Bills that are associated with your childs "expense", again, if he doesnt have that info, he isnt doing much for the child.
If it is documented you have primary custody( meaning physical) then the "baby daddy" can be charged with parental kidnapping (yes, theres a law against that).
and so what about hitting him?, he has no real proof except words.....there is no record of a threat against him...

if you really want him to stay away...
go to your local police station and ask for a "temporary" order to "stay away", if they ask you why, tell them that he threatened to kidnap your child and you fear for her safety.
then that gives you time to get assistance from the courts to be granted a permanent restraining order....

i feel bad cause mi nina necesita un dad pero..
at the same time he an ass.....
