BASIC TRADING RULES

ATTENTION:
BREACHING THESE RULES CAN RESULT WITH ACCOUNT BAN WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION. THEREFORE WE INSIST TO READ THESE RULES BEFORE YOU START TRADING OR REGISTERING WITH REALPOOR.COM.

WHERE AND HOW TO POST A TRADE?

• If you have account to SELL be sure to place your topic in SELL forum. This category is designed for selling your accounts and items for real money. Not for EXCHANGE for other game items or game money.
• If you want to EXCHANGE your account or some item for other account, item or for some game money, place your offer in EXCHANGE forums, not in SELL or BUY forum.
• If you want to BUY (for real money) accounts, items, game currency, place your bid in BUY section, not in SELL or EXCHANGE forums.
• If you want to Buy/Sell/Exchange items and accounts for Runescape, place your bids in Runescape Trading Zone in appropriate forum.
• If you want to Buy/Sell/Exchange items and accounts for World of Warcraft place your bids in World of Warcraft Trading Zone in appropriate forum.
• If you want to Buy/Sell/Exchange items and accounts for other MMORPGs place your bids in General Trading Zone in appropriate forum.

*** Do not place trading offers for one game in another's game forum.

*** Do not post your trading offers in other forums than trading forums (General, Gaming, etc.)

*** Especially do not post Runescape Trading offers in Runescape gaming forum.

ALL WRONG PLACED TRADES WILL BE DELETED WITHOUT WARNING!

HOW TO FINISH A TRADE?

Each trade should be closed as SOLD or CANCELED manually or automatically, depending on trade itself.

When the trade is finished, majority of members don't close it or left the trade with IN PROGRESS status. Also, majority close the trade with CANCELED status and by doing that, members lose their trading points.

Be sure that, when you traded successfully, first close trade with IN PROGRESS status and when you received the money or other trading currency, close it again with SOLD status or CANCELLED if you didn't receive payment, you've been scammed, etc.

3 posts is 1 credits
1 published article is 6 credits
5 days from registration is 1 credit
1 trade with Sold! status is 0 credits
1 trade with Canceled status is -1 credit
1 trade costs 3 credits

When you�re reporting scam or bad/unfair trade you must do following:

Bad/Unfair Trade:

Be sure to send proof that will back up your report, i.e. screenshots of your PMs or outside conversation. Reports with just: �This is scam�, �Member looks suspicious�, etc. that are not backed up with proof, will be considered as Bad Trade Notification Abuse and treated accordingly. When reporting Bad/Unfair trade if:

a) You�ve been scammed � Post the links to screenshots of your conversation with violator within the report. Also, post a topic in Hall of Shame forum entitled with a name of a member who scammed you.
b) Member placed a bid, but never responded further to complete the trade � You don�t need to send additional links or proofs in your report. If member who posted a bid, didn�t respond after 48 hours after bid has been made, you have right to report it.
c) Member looks suspicious � Post reasons why you think he/she is suspicious. For example if he�s selling Level 145 Account, although the highest level is 120, or if he is posting fake pictures, or duplicated trades from other member, etc.
d) Member violated one of the forum rules (Credit spam, contact info in post, insulting,...) � You don�t need additional proofs to back up your report.

Scam:

When you�re reporting scam, you should do following:

• Open the topic in the Hall of Shame forum
• Topic name must contain username of the member you�ve been reporting
• Topic must contain following:
• link to the topic where trade has occurred
• screenshots of your RealPoor private message communication
• screenshots of your outside conversation via messenger
• screenshots of you payment process
• every other proof where scam can be clearly viewed

• Do not post accusation topics if you don�t have any proof
• Copy/Paste messenger conversation will not be considered as a proof
• If someone else posted an accusation against certain member with valid proof, do not respond to support this claims, unless you have valid proof as well. Otherwise you�ll be suspended accordingly.
• If you�ve been accused for scam and you failed to respond after 48 hours or after you�ve been notified by administrator or moderator, you�ll be considered as guilty and banned and listed as a scammer with all of your contact info.

SCAM INVESTIGATION

RealPoor.com staff is not obligated to conduct any investigation without valid proofs.

BELOW WE LISTED THE OPTIONS THAT WE WILL TAKE FOR OFFENSES AND MISUSES OF TRADING SYSTEM AND FORUM IN GENERAL AND ACTIONS WE WILL PERFORM IN CASE OF SUCH RULE INFRINGEMENT.

SCAM SUSPICION

Action:
Do not report if you do not have valid proofs
Two weeks suspension for report abuse.

SCAM ACCUSATION

Action:
Investigation and Possible account and IP ban and Listing in Hall of Shame if investigation and proofs proved scam.
A month suspension for reporter if proofs haven�t been provided

SPAM GENERAL

Action:
Trades/Posts deleted - Permanent account/IP ban

SPAMMING FOR CREDITS

Every post consisted of only one or few words; emotion or posting nonsense will be considered as Spamming for credits. This also refers to digging old threads without valid reason (Thread Necromancy)

Action:
A month suspension for violator

ADVERTISING SPAM

Action:
Immediate & permanent account and IP ban
If violator is old time member, a warning will be issued after deletion. If advertising spam has been reposted, member will be banned permanently with IP ban.

PRIVATE MESSAGE SPAM

Action:
Immediate & permanent account and IP ban for violator.

POSTING IN IRREGULAR SECTION (FOR EXAMPLE EXCHANGE TRADE IN SELL AND/OR VICE VERSA)

VULGAR OR OBSCENE LANGUAGE IN ANY POST

POSTING ADVERTISING OR MALICIOUS CONTENT OR LINKS

POSTING 'HACK' POSTS, TOPICS OR TRADES

POSTING EMAIL ADDRESSES OR INTERNET MESSANGER ID'S IN TRADING POSTS

IRRELEVANT TROLLING POSTS

POSTING 'BEGGING' TOPICS FOR FREE ACCOUNTS ('I NEED FREE ACCOUNT PLEASE')

POSTING NON-REAL MONEY PRICES OR SKY-HIGH AMOUNTS

Action:
Trades/Posts deleted - by repeated action account suspension

TRADING FREE AND PAID POWERLEVELING SERVICES & ACCOUNT RENTAL

The promotion of free or paid powerleveling services in trading posts is not allowed. By violating this rule you may got a permanent ban. Action:
Trade/Post deletion � Account banned permanently

OFFERING MIDDLEMAN SERVICES

Offering unofficial middleman services (free or charged) for trades without the consent of an administrator is not allowed. All such activities shall be reported to moderator/administrator.

CLOSING TRADES AS SOLD WITHOUT ANY PUBLIC BID, VALID EXPLANATION OR REPLIES

BUMPING ATTEMPTS OR TROLLING POST BUMPING

Action:
Bumping should be allowed every 48 hours
Otherwise Trade will be closed, credits frozen and account suspended for a week.

CREATING DOUBLE (SOCK PUPPET) ACCOUNT

If you lost/forgot your password, retrieve password through �I forgot my password� form within the log in.
Do not create a double account without prior consent with administrators.

Action:
If you create double account(s), they�ll be banned permanently including original account.
All usernames will be listed in Hall of Shame as scammers.

ANY OTHER TRADING OR REGISTRATION RULE BREACH

REALPOOR STAFF (ADMINISTRATORS AND MODERATORS) HAVE THE PERMISSION TO PERFORM ALL THESE ACTIONS WITHOUT ANY PREVIOUS WARNING OR NOTICE!!!

WE APPEAL TO MEMBERS TO READ ALL REALPOOR ANNOUNCEMENTS, ARTICLES AND POSTS POSTED BY REALPOOR STAFF, TO AVOID POSSIBLE ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR POST DELETION.

IMPORTANT! READ THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE USING OF REALPOOR TRADING SYSTEM.

REALPOOR TRADING SYSTEM INCLUDES BUY, SELL AND EXCHANGE BOARDS AND OTHER SERVICES THAT MAY BE ADDED FROM TIME TO TIME.
ALL OF REALPOORS TRADING SERVICES SHALL BE COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS "THE TRADING SYSTEM". THE USE OF THE TRADING SYSTEM, OR ACKNOWLEDGMENT, INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ALL THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

By utilizing The Trading System, users agree to the following usage conditions:

1) Any information or your activities in Trading System shall not:

(a) be false, inaccurate or misleading;
(b) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items;
(c) involve the misuse of copyrighted material;
(d) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing;
(e) be obscene or contain child pornography, including any involving minors;
(f) contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs or any other malicious software;
(g) link directly or indirectly to other sites

Neither buyers nor sellers may manipulate the price of any item of other users nor may interfere with other users%s listings or transactions.

2) As a Buyer you agree:

As a buyer, you have a legal obligation to complete a transaction with a seller if you are the highest bidder at the end of an auction-style listing (meeting the applicable minimum bid or reserve requirements and including any bid that becomes the highest after a valid bid retraction) and your bid is accepted by the seller.
Buys are not retractable except in exceptional circumstances, such as: when the seller materially changes the item%ss description after you buy; a clear typographical error is made; you cannot authenticate the seller%ss identity.

3) As a Seller you agree:

As the Seller, you must be legally able to sell the item you have listed. Also, as a seller you must provide an accurate description of an item. Your description may only include textual descriptions, graphics, pictures and other content relevant to the sale of that item.
You are obligated as the seller to complete the transaction with the buyer upon the listing%ss completion, unless there is an exceptional circumstance, such as: (a) the buyer fails to meet the terms of your listing (such as payment method), or (b) you cannot authenticate the buyer%ss identity.

4) Forbidden Items

It%ss not allowed to offer, buy, sell or exchange following items on the RealPoor: drugs, cigarettes, alcohol, weapons, stolen goods or replica items of goods.
Commercial type sales and advertising are not allowed on RealPoor.

5) Account Termination

RealPoor reserves the right to terminate your access to The Trading System in its sole discretion, without notice and without limitation, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to unauthorized use of The Trading System, breach of this Agreement, or breach or termination of Registration Agreement.

Our forum acts as a venue to allow anyone to offer, sell, and buy just about anything related to online gaming and items of "Virtual" or "Data" nature, at anytime, from anywhere, in a variety of pricing formats. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items. Basic Trading Rules:

1) Posting New Threads

Make sure you are posting in the right forum.
READ THIS before you continue with TRADING!
We kindly ask you to post your trading threads and posts within these categories using WTB (Want To Buy - BUY Items), WTT (Want To Trade - EXCHANGE Items) or WTS (Want To Sell - SELL Items) sections/forums.
Wrong-placed threads will be either removed or canceled.

2) Thread bumping Rule

We kindly ask you not to bump your trading threads or post double ones. Choose an appropriate forum and post your offer there. Double posts and bumped threads will be deleted.

General Rules:

3) Spam Rule

Do not post any spam material in the forum.
That include: posts which are advertising certain site or products, any �selling something� posts irrelevant to this forum and/or posts with the information for user�s own benefit that has no relevance to the topic. Such material will be deleted without warning and their posters will be banned from the forum.

Advertising for another site via a post on the boards with the name or board links is considered SPAM and such posts, as mentioned, will be deleted.

4) Posting/Replying Rule

When posting or replying, members must have respect to each other in the forum. Flaming, harassing, threatening, violent, malicious or any other form of offensive posts will result in warning or ban for user created such post. If you feel you have been a victim of a post which violates this rule do not go further in discussion, just report to the moderator/administrator.

5) Post content rule

Posts should not contain abusive, violent, obscene or sexually oriented content. Also, posts should not contain vulgar words or swearing. Posts with a content that may offend majority of forum members shall be edited or deleted by moderator or administrator. Creator of such posts will be warn/banned.

6) Avatar Rule

Member�s avatar cannot contain any sexually oriented material. Also, avatars cannot contain any violent or abusive material or material that could offend majority of forum members. If member have such avatar, he/she will be warned to remove it. If member disobey to remove offensive avatar he/she will be banned.
