Just wanted to let you all know that Player Auctions sucks A$$. They are the biggest Net nazi's out there in terms of doing whatever the hell they want with no explanations or courtesy E-Mails or any sort of contact whatsoever. I will now only conduct business through Realpoor. BTW if anyone has a Staff of Flowing Water for sale, please let me know through this thread or E-Mail me and let me know your cost. Thanks!

yeah they're pretty bad, but where else are you gonna go?

i guess if you're just sellin on tarew, just make a website and post it in the trading section or something.

but ya, PA are bastards, and the customer service is non-existant.

just came across this auction website. The look and features they claimed beats playerauctions.com by a mile. has anyone here use it yet?

yes, PAsupport is a b***h. The site is ran by two Nazis by the name of Steve and Dawn. Dawn has the intelligence of a carrot. Allow me to demonstrate something she sent to me today:

Hi,

You've sent us two links, but your email address does not appear to be registered on our site. We don't which, if any, user you are and we don't really know what you would like us to do. Please note: Player Auctions hosts thousands of auctions a day and we do not watch each and every transaction. You'll need to include a brief and concise description of your situation if you would like us to take some sort of action on your behalf.

Pretend like you are explaining this situation to someone who has not been looking over your shoulder every step of the way, because you are explaining your situation to someone who has not been looking over your shoulder every step of the way.

Thank you,
Dawn

Feedback pretty much speaks for itself.

The email subject makes the situation and expected reaction very clear. The links go to my auction and to the feedback of the dude that's been reported for fraud twice and now has negative two feedback.

The good news is that PA is losing marketshare to a new, better, free site. Yes, I said free. If you abuse the market enough, a gamer will get mad enough to take it back for fellow gamers. I can't post links here though, so all I can say is you need to do some searching.

google stuff like sell auction rpg account warcraft... you'll find it.

I am posting again because the new marketing manager for playerauctions has visited my forum and left a long post about the new playerauctions. The site is under new management, and big things are going to be rolled out. Less than 5% fees, but more importantly, good management and good code. Even sent a PM and asked for my phone number to discuss things. Back that up with an antifraud system that's still secret and we have.... who knows what, but I'm sure it'll be an improvement and I'm happy to see nicer management. I have a feeling that things will be done right this time and I'll be checking it out and reporting in a few months.
