|

|
Having come upon this forum in Realpoor, I find myself really wishing I had saved my demonoid ratio information when I used to post and seed there, since it was really great. I had a neat little star next to my name and everything.
Most of the sites I use today are fairly random (from btjunkie.org), although I do have a good ratio at boxtorrents (most anime stuff), so I'll probably screenshot that and put it in my sig.
It's hard for me to figure out what kind of invites and account I should "collect", since there are apparently a lot of torrent trackers that are closed to new sign-ups. I guess lurking around realpoor will help, with time.
I will get that Blackcats account, someday.

If you're not sure what trackers you want to get access to think of what kind of content you would like to download: General, Anime, TV Shows, Movies, music, e-learning, etc. etc.
Then as you don't sound so familiar with popular private trackers I suggest you go to TrackeReactor, in their forum they have a nice little page where they review trackers with screenshots. That way you're sure to know what you want. Generally the Level 1 trackers you easily get into.
I'm also a part of BoxTorrents , and have a good ratio there (power user ) the good thing about that tracker is that anime is timeless and there is always someone to download from you. I've been seeding the Cowboy Bebop series endlessly (and still am ).

I will do that, thanks a ton. I basically found this site on my seemingly fruitless/endless quest to be able to log into Blackcats games (A quest which I see you share!).
Once I found my way in here, I noticed that there were WAY more trackers than I had imagined. I see people dealing in torrent logins like kids trading baseball cards. And I had no idea where to get any of these cards.
I checked the "POST SITES OPEN FOR SIGNUPS HERE" thread, and signed up for a few of those, but the ones I have signed up to seem pretty inactive and dead. Even the most popular torrent had maybe 5 leechers, so I wasn't going to get my ratio up on a site like that any time soon.
Maybe that website you suggested will give me an idea of what trackers are the most desirable. From what I can tell, Blackcats is one of the more desirable ones, which seems about right from where I'm at. So many games that I want seem to only be there, and it drives me nuts when I browse btjunkie.org. Websites like that should just say "pay 30 bucks and we'll give you an account." I would have done it months ago. I really don't see why they don't.
Anyway, thanks for the advice, Fellow "Power User" on boxtorrents.

lol, that sounds so true.
You see to get into a tracker like BCG which is a Level 5 you have to build up stats in lower-levelled trackers, this is alright as long as you keep a good ratio on these. Then you either get invites or 'buffer' your account with upload. Slowly you will build yourself up and get your BCG, btw invites for BCG are no more, so you can only trade the account.
I must warn you though the enthusiasts on this forum are quite 'passionate' about the ethics of trading/collecting tracker accounts. They adhere to signingup to trackers where they will build the community, etc. They prolly have a point, but since we blatantly disregard the rights of the author, copyright infringement I'm easy. It doesn't mean I leech all the time though, I always keep a good ratio
Are you sure you want BCG though? There is a lower-level tracker of which I am a part of called BitGamer. Which still has a fantastic range of games and the tracker in itself is very good. I guess if you can keep a good ratio there I can spare you an invite.
PS: I'm afraid I don't share the same desire for BCG, 'cause I'm content at where I'm at, BG fills my needs

I'm not entirely sure I want BCG, really. I mean, yes, I do want an account there, I think, because it mocks me on btjunkie.org all the time, when the obscure little game I want is there, and there only.
However, I'd definitely be interested in BitGamer, too. You could send me a private message, if you'd like, or AIM me at Chinook2001. (I'm in 'invisible mode' on AIM.)
I wish I had something to offer in return, but at this point, I really don't.
Thanks!

I think I can help ya out m8. Would ya be interested in a RevTT invite? If so, just shoot me a PM and hooks ya up. It's a good tracker to belong to and you can easily get invites to do with as you please.
