The Group established a state-of-the-art Rayat Technology Centre of Excellence at Railmajra, Distt. Nawanshahr (6-kms from Ropar on NH-21) which is spread over more than 300 acres of picturesque land, nestling in the foothills of the lower Shivaliks. The year 2005, saw RAYAT-BAHRA adding another feather to our cap, when the group set-up the Bio-Technology Centre of Excellence at Sahauran, near Kharar (12 kms from Chandigarh on NH- 21). In a span of just 6 years, the RAYAT-BAHRA brand is successfully running 18 colleges in the fields as diverse as Engineering, Law, Education, Physical Education, Business studies, Hotel Management and Pharmacy.
