Q: My username and password isn't working, Why?
Sometimes after you have joined it may take some time to
get your membership activated. So, if your Login and password
doesn't work, please wait at least 2-6 hours before emailing
us. Login and password are CaSE SENsitiVE! That means all
characters must be typed exactly as they appear in your
registration e-mail (upper and lower case matched precisely).
Q: I'm concerned about my privacy? how will I be billed ?
A discreet charge shown as "WWW.GRANDAREA.COM" or "IBILLCS.com" will appear on your account statement. The
site name and link won't appear. All the datas that we're
recording, while you sign up, are used by our tech support
to contact you (by email only) and we won't ever sell or
give away your personal information or send any mail to
your postal address.
Q: I have a message to download ccard.exe when I click
the join link ?
Before clicking on the join link, you have to turn off any
download managers such as gozilla, download accelerator
or Get Right.
Q: How do I download the movies from TopZone.net?
There are different methods to download but the one that
works the best is the Right Click Method. To download a
movie, you just have to Right Click on
the movie link and then select "Save target as".After
you enter your username and password, You'll be prompted
to choose a place where to store the movie on your Hard
Drive (remember where you download it of course!), and then
the download will start. To play the movie, you'll simply
have to double click on the file once its completely downloaded.
Note that if you left click on the link, your media player
will generally pop up, and then you wont be able to save
the movie on your hard drive, and for some media players,
you won't even be able to see the movie. If you have any

Q: I didn't receive my username and password after signing
up, how can I get it?
If you didn't receive an email with your access information
after signing up, you have to contact us as soon as possible
so we can send you your access. you

Q: How Do I Cancel my VIP Membership
You can easily cancel your membership at anytime, or view
your account information through iBillcs.com
by entering specific account details into search fields
at http://www.iBillcs.com
and the system will pull your records. If you cannot cancel
your account using this option, You can also cancel membership
by click link Cancel Membership below, Be sure filling with
your username and email

Q: I get no audio or no piture when playing the movies?
With the K-Lite
Codec Pack you should be able to play 99% of all the
movies that you download from the TopZone.net.
Q:Can I share my password with my friends?
Do not reveal your username and password to anyone else.
For your protection and ours, our server software will automatically
disable any username that it detects is being used by more
than one person.
