Keep Away Strays, but no WolfsI've tried searching everywhere for a hack that will keep away strays but still allow the wolves onto your property and I can't find one anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find one?
Thanks! |

I've looked for this, too.
Without success. I doubt anything would work, though, as I went as far as deleting every single pet from one of my old hoods, leaving only one master wolf and the werewolves. I had the "nostrayrespawn" hack, and strays still managed to come back! It took a while, and there were very few, but the game still respawns strays - probably if you start a new sub-hood (shopping district, downtown, etc). The simplest way is just fence your lots and lock all gates/doors against pets. This keeps out all four legged critters, but allows two legged ones in. That pesky penguin ignores locks, however, and will still walk in |

It sounds like you'll need a couple of hacks. The first one to keep strays away and another one that will allow wolves to come. I don't remember where to get the wolf sign, sorry.
John 1:14 And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth. When Jesus died on the cross He took our sin and shame; He offers us His righteousness, a GIFT that we must claim.

Two good things to look at - one is to go to DJS Sims, jfade has hacks there to repel strays and wolves using placeable signs. Also a sign to attract wolves if you're trying to Werewolf someone.
And with even greater control, go to the InTEEN site and get twojeff's visitor controller hack, works on both residential and community lots, and allows you extremely fine control of who and what can and can't visit your lots (ban strays, zombies, plant people, servos, the unemployed, people who majored in art in college, people who are sick, weatlhy, poor, cats, dogs, strays, the penguin, romance sims, force different clothing style chocies so your formal restaurant really DOES have everyone showing up in formal wear etc. etc. etc.)

Shoot... I thought he had a hacked object for that, but maybe I'm wrong and there was just the wolves-repelling one.

Yeah...can't find it anyplace. Been looking...maybe I'm just missing it though. I know there are other objects to get rid of strays, but the only other one I can find is one that deletes any animal on the propert that doesn't belong to the family from sim logical. I don't think that would work with the attract wolves one.

Have you tried the Pets Away sign from Simlogical? It doesn't say anything about repelling wolves as well. You may want to try it.
I have that in my game, but always forget to use it. I'll have to remember the next time I play to test it out to see if it affects wolves. |

I've done that in the past with other hacks by jfade, so now I always double check to see if it's an aspiration reward.
