Terms of service:

In order for your site to be included in the T-ShirtCountdown.com Top T-Shirt Voting you must sign up for our t-shirtcountdown chart using our online forms. You are currently entitled to ONE (1) FREE listing in the Top T-Shirt Countdown Chart. This includes a text and graphical listing for your t-shirt website and design. You may purchase additional listings using our online form by clicking here.

Each month, all of the votes are reset and a new t-shirt is named "The Most Popular T-Shirt on the Internet"; that t-shirt design is archived on our site here: http://www.t-shirtcountdown.com/t-shirts/archive.html

To have your t-shirt design voted on, you must be able to upload a voting image and HTML code to your website. To get the necessary code for your website and t-shirt design to be voted on, you must login to your membership account use the appropriate link to access the graphics download section.

Voting Rules

• Sites are voted and ranked by the votes that you send IN to t-shirtcountdown.com via the voting graphic and HTML that is provided to you AND by the RATING that visitors to t-shirtcountdown.com give to your site. We also tally the number of votes/HITS/visitors sent OUT to your t-shirt site FROM t-shirtcountdown.com. You can see these figures on the rankings pages marked by the columns entitled RATING, IN, and OUT.

• SPAMMING is strictly prohibited and strongly discouraged. If you engage in spamming activities to inflate your hits, your account will be terminated immediately. Spamming included posting to multiple and inappropriate newsgroups, sending of mass, unsolicited emails, or posting multiple messages to message boards. You may include a voting link in your OPT-IN newsletter if you have an opt-out option for your newsletter and only if your subscribers know that they are clicking on a voting link. Do not mislead visitors into clicking on your voting link.
  
• Voting for a t-shirt design by employees of that website or any person directly or indirectly associated with that website will result in permanent disqualification without warning. You may click the banner ONCE to test to make sure the links work. All votes are tracked, multiple votes by a site operator will result in having your membership suspended.
  
• It is essential that the campaigns and voting are conducted in accordance with the voting rules. Any violation will result in permanent disqualification.

• The T-ShirtCountdown results are based on the votes of visitors to t-shirtcountdown.com and the respective member websites. They do not necessarily represent the views or recommendations of T-ShirtCountdown.com.

  Participating members give T-ShirtCountdown.com permission to link to their web site's internet addresses and/or permission to display a selected t-shirt image from their website.
  
  T-ShirtCountdown.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether sites may participate. Removal from t-shirtcountdown.com is at t-shirtcoundown's descretion. We have final say over which sites will be listed on our countdown chart.
  
  T-ShirtCountdown.com retains ownership and all rights to the T-ShirtCountdown.com name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information. T-ShirtCountdown.com reserves the right to restrict the use of its name, system, logo, software, lists, databases, reports, and any information created or obtained by T-ShirtCountdown.com. However, each individual web site may use the T-ShirtCountdown.com name, logo, and/or banner ads in the promotion of the site or to use as voting links in the Top T-Shirt Countdown Chart.
  
  All members agree to utilize the services of T-ShirtCountdown.com at their own risk. T-ShirtCountdown.com its administrators, partners and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of T-ShirtCountdown.com. Although we will make a reasonable effort to provide a high standard of quality for our services, T-ShirtCountdown.com makes no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services of T-ShirtCountdown.com.
  
  The information provided by T-ShirtCountdown.com to members may be proprietary in nature. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold T-ShirtCountdown.com harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of this Agreement or any third-party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination of this Agreement.
