Some anonymous web surfing programs mask your IP address causing our software to not know which country you are from. Since this is one of our security measures, you must turn off software of this sort.        Turn off any anonymous web surfing software and refresh the page.

If you are still experiencing problems it could be for one of the following reasons:   1) Your IP may be manually banned from our service for innapropriate behavior or fraud.   2) You may be trying to access our service from a country that has been banned.
